James and Jenny got down to the essential requirements very quickly, then we added the ‘nice to have’.Receiving targeted CVs with a clear supporting synopsis allowed the process to flow quickly. Seamless back office support and engagement from Jordan meant we were never hanging on for candidates or delaying the process.Recruiting senior finance staff is a challenging time, but not so with Headstar. We quickly came to rely on their quality work and effort. Navigating the fine line between job description and business need seems to be effortless for the team at HeadstarJenny and James deliver with patience and empathy exemplify their understanding of the requirements; they got the right fit with the right skills.
