You’re there to make sure the business’s finances are rock-solid, so it can grow without any nasty surprises. You’ll help cut waste, manage cash, and make sure everyone knows where the money’s going and why. No fluff, just straightforward finance management that drives success.
Here’s the deal:
Understand the business. Get the lay of the land, dive into the business to understand what’s being made, sold, and how money flows in and out.
Clean up the numbers. Sort the Books, ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date. No hidden surprises. Streamline Processes, simplify how financial tasks are done—like invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking—so there’s less room for error and time-wasting.
Empower the Team, train key staff in basic financial literacy so they understand how their actions impact the company’s bottom line. Build a strong finance team, if needed, help recruit and train a small finance team to keep things running smoothly.
Make the numbers talk, create clear and easy-to-understand financial reports. No jargon—just what the numbers mean and what should be done about them.
Bring the MI to life, turn raw data into actionable insights. Instead of just providing numbers, explain what they mean for the business and what actions need to be taken. Automate where possible, use the new ERP system to automate routine tasks. This frees up time to focus on strategic decisions.
