A no-nonsense manufacturing company that values straight talk, solid numbers, and a good laugh now and then. Their production line is top-notch, but they need an expert Management Accountant who knows their way around costing and stock as well as they know their morning coffee order. If you can juggle numbers like a circus pro and navigate stock and costing with your eyes closed, you’re exactly what they need.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage the manufacturing costing processes.
- Keep stock records tight and accurate—no loose ends.
- Provide clear, actionable financial insights to help them make better decisions (without the jargon).
- Make sense of variances and trends and tell them where to focus.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure their financial data is as sharp as their tools.
What you need:
- Extensive experience in management accounting, specifically in manufacturing.
- An expert grasp of costing and stock management.
- The ability to communicate numbers in plain English (we mean it—no buzzwords!).
