You’re an experienced Interim Financial Controller with tons of experience in small businesses and you know how to dive right in and get the job done. This role isn’t about endless handholding it needs someone who already knows what to do and can get stuck in with minimal fuss. Year-end is around the corner too and this business needs someone who can get in, sort things out and help them stay on track, you’ll be making an impact from day one.
You’ll oversee all finance operations with a no-nonsense approach from budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and more. You’ll be hands-on, no task is too big or small and you’ll be in the thick of it. You won’t just be overseeing, you’ll be in the trenches with the team, making things happen.
This role demands someone who’s been around the block and knows how to handle everything from year-end to financial reporting, all without needing to be micromanaged.
