You’ve worked in e-commerce and know the ins and outs. You understand the numbers behind online sales, inventory management, and everything in between.
You understand the nuances of e-commerce revenue streams, from product sales to subscription models, and ensures accurate financial reporting. Cost management, you know how to track and manage variable costs like shipping, returns, and marketing spend, which are critical in eCommerce.
You’re a dab hand of the e-commerce landscape, including online sales platforms, payment gateways, inventory management, and digital marketing finance.
Cash flow management, implement strategies to maintain healthy cash flow, managing inventory levels, payment terms, and supplier relationships to avoid cash crunches.
You have hands-on experience working with small businesses, understanding the unique pressures and opportunities that arise.
