Interim Finance Manager (3-6 months)
This green energy business is looking for an interim Finance Manager with a no-nonsense, hands-on approach. They want someone who can dive into the financials, clean up any issues, and bring order to their accounts, all while being approachable and genuine qualities that align with the company’s green, earth-focused mission (hence the pun!).
You’ll dive into the detail and analyse the management accounts to make sure everything is shipshape. You’ll run the show across all the finance operations and tidy up those messy balance sheet reconciliations. By making sure you spot opportunities to fix procedures and tighten controls and take on ad-hoc projects, because, let’s face it, they’ll come up.
They’re not looking for fancy. They’re looking for someone who is real and tells it like it is with a focus on results.
