In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the finance function, overseeing all financial processes and reporting to ensure the business is prepared for its next phase of growth. You’ll drive the annual budgeting process, manage financial forecasting, and oversee cash management, while working with department heads to ensure operations can scale as the company expands.
Working closely with the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the broader business strategy, with involvement in areas such as supply chain oversight and contract negotiations.
We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Finance Director or CFO in a manufacturing environment. You’ll need to bring adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup, along with strong commercial acumen, across all areas of finance and commercial including contract negotiations, R&D tax credits, and investor relations.
